We are currently contracted to maintain and service in the region of 60,000 properties for many housing associations and local authorities throughout the London and the South East.

Cutting edge technology allows you to access all your property data, job history, Gas Safety Certificates and many statistics and reports online via a secure web portal on our Partners page. This service is offered to all our partners and allows real time provision of information in a secure and dedicated environment.

Working with local government and major housing providers in London and the South East, BSW provides both a Time and Materials Service and a Fixed Price, Comprehensive Cover payable in budget-friendly monthly instalments.
