BSW Awarded New Contract with London Borough of Hillingdon

BSW is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new contract with the London Borough of Hillingdon for the servicing, maintenance, and installation of commercial heating systems.

The contract covers 63 sites and approximately 1,400 associated properties, further strengthening BSW’s portfolio of long-term partnerships within the social housing sector.

Commencing on 1 July, the contract has a potential duration of up to seven years and reflects BSW’s continued commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality heating services to public sector and social housing clients.

BSW Heating Ltd Successfully Awarded London Borough of Islington Communal Heating & Ventilation Contract

BSW secures 10-year term contract starting May 2026 to service and maintain 60 plant rooms and associated dwellings boroughwide. The works will include:

• 24/7 Reactive callouts and repairs
• PPM servicing regime for plant rooms and dwellings
• Booster set servicing
• Air conditioning repair and maintenance
• Planned capital projects
• Installation works and upgrades
• Anticipated Value of £20 Million over contract term.
