To diagnose, repair and service domestic heating systems in occupied and empty properties.

Field Supervisor
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (summer), 8am-5.30pm (winter), with out of hours call outs on a rota basis
Holiday
23 days, rising to 25 days after 3 years' service

Key responsibilities

  • To accurately diagnose the required repair
  • Achieving a high first-time fix rate
  • Accurately updating PDA with repair information
  • Advising the administration team of any issues relating to access

Key qualifications

  • CCN1
  • CEN1
  • CPA1
  • HTR1
  • CKR1

Additional requirements

  • 4 years' experience as a breakdown engineer is desirable
  • Positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
