BSW is pleased to announce the award of a new contract with the London Borough of Hillingdon for the servicing, maintenance, and installation of commercial heating systems across 63 sites and approximately 1,400 associated properties.

BSW Heating is contracted to service and maintain systems at the Council’s offices, the Crematorium, and the Pevensey Bay Toilets.

BSW Heating is contracted to service and maintain 3 plant rooms.

Anchor Hanover Groups is the Largest Landlord in the UK for people 55 and over. BSW carries out Servicing ,Maintenance and Installation works for Care and Support sites across the South of England.

We service and maintain the commercial heating systems across the borough consisting of 48 plant rooms, 954 connected properties.

BSW delivers the Communal Heating contracts for the London contract area. We look after 38 plant rooms, 3 CHP units, 35 cold water booster sets, 903 Connected properties, 341 HIU properties

We provide round the clock servicing, maintenance and repairs to properties primarily within the M25. Many of the properties are sheltered schemes and care homes for those with Dementia.

BSW delivers the Communal Heating contracts for the Sussex contract area.

This contract includes servicing and maintenance to 137 plant rooms and occupied homes.

Our in-house Commercial Maintenance Team provides servicing, planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to 77 commercials schemes.
