Our in-house Commercial Maintenance Team provides servicing, planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to 77 commercials schemes. The sites include tower blocks, care and support schemes and district heating systems. The dispersed properties are in London, Essex and Hertfordshire and include a variety of fuel types and HIUs (heat interface units).
