To complete annual services of domestic heating systems in occupied and empty properties. This includes the completion of the annual landlord gas safety certificate.

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

23 days, rising to 25 days after 3 years' service

Key responsibilities

  • To complete services thoroughly and in the required timescale
  • Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately updating PDA with job information
  • Advising the administration team of any issues relating to access

Key qualifications

  • CCN1
  • CEN1
  • CPA1
  • HTR1
  • CKR1

Additional requirements

  • 3 years' experience as a service engineer is desirable
  • Positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
