Breakdown and Service Engineer
Reporting to: Field Supervisor
Job Overview:
To diagnose and repair domestic heating systems in occupied and empty properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- To accurately diagnose the required repair
- Achieving a high first-time fix rate
- Accurately updating PDA with repair information
- Advising the administration team of any issues relating to access
Key qualifications:
- CCN1
- CEN1
- CPA1
- HTR1
- CKR1
Additional requirements:
- 4 years’ experience as a breakdown engineer is desirable
- Positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence
