Commercial Maintenance & Installations
Our highly committed Commercial Heating Team provides a 24/7 reactive and planned preventative maintenance service and manages commercial installation projects across the Southeast and beyond. With around 550 plant rooms and some 18,000 connected dwellings (including Heat Interface Units) the team delivers a busy service and maintenance programme on behalf of our clients.
Plant rooms and heating systems are located in a range of buildings: recreational (including sheltered housing schemes), schools, hospitals, and officers. Installation projects are carried out from small scale individual appliances to plant rooms supplying hundreds of flats or rooms and district heating schemes.
The engineering team is fully supported by our in-house administrative team.
We are excited to announce the award of a major commercial maintenance contract with Islington Borough Council. The contract is for 10 years and valued at up to £20M.
