Assistant Contract Administrator

Reporting to: Contract Administration Team Manager

As Assistant Contract Administrator you'll assist the Contract Administrator, the single point of responsibility for managing all active jobs that relate to the clients under their control, ensuring that repairs are completed within the timelines dictated by each client's service level agreement. You'll work in conjunction with the Contract Managers and other internal teams ensuring that the contract is run in an efficient manner. 


The Requirements:

We're looking for someone with previous gas experience, or experience of working within the planned maintenance or customer service industry. You will have good communcation skills, be highly self motivatated and able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The role requires a positive attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast paced, pressurised environment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the single point of contact for our clients
  • Assist with all work in progress and moving incomplete work through to completion
  • Run daily reports to manage open jobs
  • Work alongside the Contract Adminstrator to allocate ther dedicated engineering resource 
  • Ddaily communication with engineers to highlight important jobs and diary specifics
  • Adminstration of client/consultant portals
  • Ensure availability to assis with engineer parking
  • Assist with booking parts fulfilment follow on works
  • Follow up on reports for requests for new boiler installations
  • Help to provide complaint triage and response to our Customer Experience team
