The works consisted of removal of the existing Gas Fired Hot Water cylinder and all distribution pipework and the replacement of all Hot And Cold water distribution pipework, installation of a new Cold Water Booster set, Electric Boiler, Hot Water Calorifier in tandem with an Air source heat pump.
The works are to support the London Fire Brigades Carbon Neutral Strategy.
