- De-commissioning the existing Oil fired heating & hot water system, Heating distribution pipework & Radiators.
- Installation of 2no x CAHV P500 Mitsubishi ASHPs units installed (85.2KW) and Thermal Store for Space Heating.
- Installation of new Heating distribution pipework and Radiators throughout the school.
- Fully new BMS controls to suit new equipment and allow for remote monitoring by client.
- Full commissioning and O&M’s.
