This project required existing district heating services to be modified and re-routed to existing plantrooms serving four occupied blocks comprising 264 flats, and to be connected to three blocks, comprising 53 new flats.
The works included stripping out of old services, digging new trenches for new mains pipework, works to the plantrooms and hard and soft landscaping works.
