Hertfordshire University NHS Foundation Trust at St Pauls Care Centre

BSW is pleased to confirm a contract award for the Hertfordshire University NHS Foundation Trust at St Pauls Care Centre, facilitated through Bianca Sale Limited.

The project, valued at £283,000 includes:

• Installation of a temporary hot water (HWS) generation plant to serve the site during the works.
• Installation of new boiler plant and associated components, including pumps, flues, controls, plate heat exchangers, dosing pots, and air and dirt separators.
• Installation of a new direct gas-fired hot water generator plant, along with associated pipework, pumps, flues, and controls.
• Removal of redundant gas-fired systems and distribution systems, as well as heating and hot water installations.
• Replacement of plantroom heating and hot water service pipework, connecting to the existing installations.
• Adaptation of the existing gas supply for the new heating and hot water installations.
• Replacement of existing boiler room louvres.
• Associated electrical and builders’ works.
