We completed the refurbishment of the Town Hall plant room. Works included the complete removal and replacement of the existing boilers, flue-system, control-panel and wiring, pipework, valves, fittings and pipe insulation. The new plant installed included two Broag-Remeha Gas-610 Eco boilers, Flamco pressurisation set and expansion vessel, three Grundfos Magna circulation shunt pumps, new duct run-in to provide high/low-level ventilation, a complete new flue system and control panel complete with all field wiring.
