This project involved the hydraulic separation and total refurbishment of 9 plantrooms, feed off the main primary heat network and providing heat to approximately 3500 properties. A new boosted cold water tank to supply boosted cold water to the Rouel Road Estate. Part of the upgrade included the installation of 9 new BMS system, enabling engineers to log in to the system remotely to check any faults before arrival on site.
