We were the main contractor on this design and build project to replace pumps, pipework and electrical equipment and the completion of in-flat ventilation works. The site is situated in a medium density residential area in the London Borough of Southwark.
Our directly employed Resident Liaison Officer was based onsite and held bi-weekly drop-in session for residents to raise any queries or complaints. This ongoing and visible engagement with the community resulted in quick responses to queries.
